On May 8, 1972 four Fatah members boarded a flight from Vienna to Israel. Once in the air they brandished weapons and took over the plane. Over 24 nerve-wracking hours, the Israeli authorities attempt to negotiate with the group, even as they boldly and secretly planned the first ever takeover of airplane hijackers in history.

This docu-drama features interviews with nearly everyone involved, from one of the hijackers, to then-Transportation Minister Shimon Peres and Benjamin Netanyahu, who was one of the Israeli soldiers tasked with taking down the hijackers.

Producer Nati Dinnar decided to create a hybrid drama-doco, knowing that if it were purely dramatised, audiences would find it hard to believe that this extraordinary moment in history actually happened. Nominated for Best Documentary at the 2015 Ophir Awards (Israeli Oscars).
